I get the same thing every time I go. Large vanilla iced coffee 4x4. 90% of the time it has no vanilla in it and it tastes like there's no sugar. No matter what time of day it is they are out of donuts and timbits. It's ridiculous! How is a donut shop out of donuts. I used to work at this location about 9 years ago and it was the best Tim Hortons around because we worked together and we cared about our customers. The people there now aren't friendly and really don't ever seem happy. Whoever is running this place should shutdown, fire everyone and start over because at this point your business is dead. I'm sure most of their customers only go because of the convenience(including myself)

I just can't understand how the same place can always be out of the same exact item everytime I try to order it. If you're a manager, and you notice that your short on a certain item every day for the last 8 years by noon you should probably make an effort to stock more, or order more, or whatever your disfunction seems to be. The only consistency is the lack of quality and the ineptitude of the management. I miss our Dunkin Donuts shop

Update: Order was wrong last week, had to go back to get what we were missing. Yes, I continue to go here for the sole reason of it being within 3 minutes of my house. This is without a doubt the worst Tim Horton’s in existence and may be the worst fast food restaurant in New York state. The parking lot is awful and congested, the food is awful, the staff fumble with the most simple of orders, and overall it’s just dumpy. The layout: the parking layout and traffic pattern were designed by a blind person or someone with microwaved hash browns for brains. Why can’t I drive straight onto Meadow Drive after the drive through window? Why must I turn left, right, another right, when exiting? I’ll tell you why, it’s because the city of North Tonawanda charges $100 per foot to modify existing curbs and it would have been an added expense. See the photo. Literally every restaurant in NT but this place has a separate entry and exit. The staff: on several occasions they’ve been out of doughnuts and bagels at 10 am. Imagine how silly and absurd it would be if McDonald’s ran out of cheeseburgers. Just last week (when my wife forces me to go here) I collected my order from the drive through and the employee asked “is everything you wanted there?” No… no it wasn’t, I was short a hash brown and both doughnuts. This restaurant is like a “claw game” at a carnival, you may not get anything, you may get something (that you didn’t even want), or you may get lucky and get exactly what you want. The food: I feel like there are enough microwaves here to give the staff cancer or create a Godzilla-type creature. Maybe Godzilla can help them with construction and improve the flow of traffic and parking. Doughnuts I’ve gotten have been stale at times, and not ‘a little stale’ we’re talking as hard as the hockey puck that hit Tim Horton in the head and gave him the idea for this awful restaurant chain that clogs everyone’s morning commute. Change my mind: Tim Horton’s is basically a breakfast themed Burger King that embraces Canadian heritage to try and pass itself off as unique.

Wow. I am shocked. This is the most disgusting experience of my life. We just had to throw all of our food out. Went through the drive through, the moment they opened the window we smelled it. A disgusting blend of garbage and cheap perfume. The perfume smell was so bad it we had to throw out everything. It was on the water bottle we got. I am completely shocked at how gross it was. I am going to call the health department. We opened the breakfast sandwich and the smell was literally on the meat. Wow. Never again.

Honestly, if I quit, it's because of the poor management. He cannot even be bothered to take inventory. Instead, he only orders things when we are out of them. We cannot be expected to check for him since a vast majority of us staff spend time taking everyone's orders. Meanwhile, the manager pretends to be busy or sits in the office doing nothing. I miss our old managers, since they were team players.

Owners are awful, make empty promises to second shift workers to give them more for second shift and mistreat anyone who isn't Indian, second shift workers are great but they're horribly mistreated by the ridiculously rascist owners and bad manager

Coffee is brewed every 20 minutes. Baked goods vary depending on the type of baked good.
