Yes! Having moved from Florida myself, I was shocked at how few Kava places there were in SD. Kava Collective definitely satisfies that niche, and has a great atmosphere for day or night.

As far as i know, it's 18+. I have heard, that if younger than 18 you have to be with a parent.
