FAIL! FAIL!FAIL! Of epic proportions. I had solid information that my child was not safe. I told several county employees that someone needed to check on her well being, including a family court judge. The judge said he was too busy to help. The people at co-parenting didn’t Follow up. The attorneys have no morals. Shame on all of you! I even called the judges chambers. After calling several times and leaving a couple of messages. I was told to call another number with my emergency. Every number I called told me to call another number. Words can’t explain my discuss.

Hello I m getting divorce,I m a victim of abuse from my husband, i dont have a dime, someone told me I could get a free attorney at the court of downtown Miami.who should I call.thanks
What is next step after the other person is being served
If your sister owned the property with her husband and it is titled "husband and wife" then it is already hers and she needs only to produce the death certificate when she sells it. To apply for homestead exemption go to the property appraisers office online. The form should be there. I believe the deadline is March 1st. If it titled in both their names then the property taxes should already be in her name. I am an attorney. Happy to answer any further questions. Www.reyesmiller.com
I always say it's best to go to the court in person💁💜 ok so to file the package is about $80.00 but, if ur on disability not working it will cost much much less it depends on ur income so best advice best to go in person God bless you wish you all the best💁💜
14th floor, clerk office. Ask for a certified copy.
But it if was the mother the court would ordered her a2 bedroom one for her daughter
find a lawyer...
SS (social security) office first with proof

Miami dade County
Brother, I'm in the same situation but for now you're going to have to comply with finding a mutual meeting spot. If she doesn't want to give you her address you can take her back to court and file a motion of discovery. I know you asked this 3 months ago and hopefully this is all resolved but for now you're going to have to be flexible on this until you go back to court. Things are rough right now because of Covid and the courts are moving even slower than before. But you got this, man. Keep paying the child support, be there ready for pick-up, keep calm and don't let your emotions get the best of you.
You need to mail a written request with a check Payable to Clerk of Court Address: 175 nw 1st ave 12th floor Miami, Florida 33128 You should call them first so that you can get the case number and th exact cost. It goes by pages.
Nothing is free. If we get lucky. I'm just saying
You have to pay
Go in person.
I believe the 22 floor but for sure there is help for any questions there in the Court.
20 years ago I got married, 10 years ago I was separated, two years ago I was deported. We have an 18 year old son, my partner does not want to divorce, can I have a divorce in Colombia having married in Miami?
Go to 24th floor. Someone will assist you
12th floor
I'm not sure but, for sure in the main court in downtown.
You have to get a lawyer yourself
File a motion the child
The mother have the rights to let you the child or not, you'll have to get the court's by the judge to see her
I'm sorry I don't know call the court.
File an Eviction through the courts or a restraining order if he is violent. With an eviction he can never move back in. With a restraining order he can never come near you. It depends on how serious the situation. Eviction is the best.
It's on the 24th floor, if I'm not mistaken
Is this still an option
It depends on the issue at hand. Call the clerks office and they can advise you best especially if you do not have an attorney. You will need to file a Motion
Yes
Talk to a social worker. Family court will refer you to one.

You doo just in case
Vanessa is right if you are poor feel sorry for you specially if you have George Sarduy as a judge
