Call to ask if my script was ready after my doctor sent it about 45 mins prior, man on the phone was very rude saying it probably wasn’t ready even though it says online that it would be ready. Said the best he could do was I come in and see what they could do but no guarantee my script would be ready. Even though that was the whole point of me calling in the first place. Joke of a pharmacy with rude customer service.

I should have received 30 pills only received 23. When I called to complain I was told according to their system their numbers are all adding up correctly. I have no doubt that their system has the correct number of pills but my bottle does not. My prescription is a controlled substance. I don’t think it is an accident that 7 of my pills are missing. I would have appreciated more than an “oh well” attitude.
