I just setup a business account in the beginning of December and already have had problems with my bank account. The customer service times are always over an hour and I’ve been trying to contact this branch for the last few days and they do not answer the phones. I initially decided to be a Chase customer because of the incentive they were offering for new customers. But it is not worth the aggravation. I will be cancelling my bank account.

Friendly tellers and let me cash a Chase check without having an account there, and without charging a fee. But since I don't have an account there, I cannot comment on how well they manage their clients. They do have a drive thru but this location could use an update/renovation.

Great bank people are always nice and helpful, been to different banks but Chase and its people are the best.

I waited to speak with a customer service rep for over an hour, then left without being helped. Two reps were present and speaking with customers. After about 20 minutes, one of the reps finishes with her customer and comes out to call in a woman who arrived after me. They appeared to be friends. Due to the loud volume of their conversation, I was able to tell that they were gossiping/chatting and not conducting any banking business for what seemed to be the entirety of their conversation. I waited an additional 40 minutes. In this time, I saw 2 people who were waiting with me leave the branch out of frustration. I eventually left also. I’m not the type to leave negative reviews, but this situation rubbed me the wrong way and I feel others should know about it.
