I always go to the Hopewell Florys but recently it has gone down hill. The people at the deli don't speak English and when you place the order they don't understand what you are ordering. This is the second time I ordered an egg sandwich and it had an egg shell in it. I order cold cuts and they slice everything thick even if you tell them thin because they do not understand English. It seems like management doesn't care anymore. They should have someone behind the counter that knows what they are doing and understands and speaks English.

First time here went to buy gas and had to buy the food. Little mini Mom & Pops restaurant inside super clean and fresh. Ordered a Buffalo wrap and it was incredible I highly recommend!!! 10/10

Honestly florys used to be the best place to get breakfast or lunch but it seems to me the staff does not care about the food anymore if it wasn’t for the cashier up front helping out everytime my order is messed up I would probably be furious also the fact that we like the food we don’t want to stop coming here but if my order isn’t going to be cared about I might aswell find somewhere new to go the fact One time I was ordering over the phone and one of the workers was laughing the whole time it’s disrespectful but some background information for this review I work for electrician contractor which brings florys over 50 dollars a day in a age of Covid you would think it would be obvious to label the sandwiches when you have more than 4 and everyone orders something different. Now me who has to work with my nasty hands has to go and open each sandwich to figure out who’s is who and I shouldn’t have to do that. Until this issue is solved my review is staying at 1 star and if it continues I’m just going to take our orders else where
