Great selection and friendly staff. We were assisted in our purchase by none other than “Mr. Lucky” - a helpful salesman who we crashed in on 20 minutes before closing after striking out at several other places. He quickly figured out what we wanted and expertly led us around the showroom right to our color/style/price point options. Kudos to the delivery teams as well. Both the first duo who tried their ever loving best to get a too-big couch through the door, and the second team who managed our second selection despite challenges. First, they will open and inspect your items to deliver to be sure they meet our high quality standards. Then, they will place their furniture in their home and assemble them in the room of their choice.
We will only remove your old mattress and bed base with the purchase of a new mattress and base. To remove other old furniture, we suggest you contact a local charity or similar organization. Raymour & Flanigan delivery professionals reserve the right not to take an old mattress or base if their condition is considered unsafe or unhealthy.
Our guaranteed delivery in 2 days or less is available in Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and most areas of Delaware, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. Some parts of Maryland, New Hampshire and Vermont may also be included in the guaranteed delivery zones in 2 days or less. These are usually sent by FedEx with delivery in two business days and should arrive at their destination in 5 to 10 days.
