DJ was an amazing driver for our son arriving to MCO. Professional and courteous and timely. When our son accidentally left his phone in the shuttle, DJ traveled all the way back to bring it to him. We are VERY thankful for his help! GREAT SERVICE!!! THANK YOU DJ!!!!

Arrived at the airport from Philly called as instructed told shuttle would be there in 5 to 10 minutes. Waited a half hour called again - told shuttle would be there in 20 minutes. Called 2 more times got many excuses - final result waited almost 2 hours for shuttle with 11 other people. Will never use them again.

Terrible experience. Virginia was our driver. We told them we would land at 8:30 when I made the reservation. I was told they would pick us up at 9. We landed early and we're at baggage claim at 8:30. At 8:37 Virginia started texting asking where we were and said we had to be picked up between 9:00 and 9:05. It is now 9:41 and Virginia just showed up . She told me was waiting for other people to arrive on different flights, because they get "charged by the minute" to wait for people. However, she texted another man who was also waiting and said she had to drop off other passengers first. So, two different stories, and why did she start texting us an hour ago telling us we HAD to be outside by 9? I will NEVER use this company again. I'm going back to Go Port Canaveral.

Terrible experience. Driver was supposed to be there at 10:50, then 11:00. We called at 11:15 and they said he would be there11:35. Had to go to MCO had to take an Uber because they were not there at 11:35 at the price of $77. Very rushed, almost missed the flight. Extremely unprofessional. Would not ever try this service again and definitely would not ever recommend it to anyone
