Love the new manager jaime,she gets the job done...I have lived here 3 years and jaime has been the BEST BY FAR....she cares about everyone's needs,she does way more for tenants than just being a manager,shes friendly and always holds a smile,I always see her cleaning the property as well,so on some of these reviews its not true,maybe you should be a more cleaner tenant....

I would give it a zero. The Roaches are aweful thank god my lease is up in April. They do not want to get up and let the pest control handle there business as I was told at move in they have it every month. ! This is floor I just had cleaned that was never cleaned and tile is messed up and have told by written notes. 169.00 tot get the floors cleaned! The worst. When I move all the electronics I purchased will stay because that’s where roaches July 20, 2022 Now my AC has been broke and is still not replaced or fixed🙆♀️😳🤔🤥 Liars if I could take that star away I would!!!!😤 Friday the 22nd. Still no return call from anyone. And it’s the weekend again there out of the office….No AC

There are no studio apartments in this complex. Just 1 & 2 bedrooms. They also vary depending on being on disability or not. They are Section 8 and HUDVash approved for veterans.
Yes if you are on Section 8 housing. No if you are not on Section 8 housing. And on HUDVASH through the VA housing programs as well. You need to have a disability and on Social Security Disability and/or a VA compensation and pension to qualify first and be approved.
