The City of Palm Bay government is full of dishonest scammers. So sad the taxpayers (us) are paying their salaries. The utility department is a horrible problem for Palm Bay residents. It is VERY traumatic to get utility service. The employees are VERY rude and difficult to deal with. The procedures are designed to collect endless strange fees to customers who have no choice on where they get their utility service. I wish I knew about the terrible City Hall issues before I bough a house in Palm Bay

Upon entering I was greeted by Joshua and he was able to assist with all my utility needs. He gave instruction on how to connect to the new system and was very patient.
