Definitely not a cross-country oriented park. However, there are bypasses on the jumps if you don't feel like taking them. Bring a full suspension or dirt jump bike in order to ride as best as possible. A hardtail cross country will not be as enjoyable IMO. I still ripped the park on a HT but I'm an experienced rider. On the parking lot here is a flat terrain with two mile trail that is a good warm-up.

Amazing park. It is not that big, but has a lot of ramps and jumps to have a blast. Definitely will keep driving the hour and half to have so much fun on this park. Plenty of different ramps and drops to go from beginner to pro, if your not good at jumping this is the park to practice and get better

Insane trails, I wish I lived closer so I could hit these trails more often.

No, pedal bikes only. Mini bikes and the like would tear the trails up too much
Grapefruit trails are a little intense for getting back in the game but they do have some easier trails just be cautious. Ft. Pierce trails are about 50 minutes south of coco and they have a good amount of trails for all.
No not all.
It's open on occasion, located in the middle of the park. GFT is around two mile long not a long trail but pack with lots of good features.
Yes bring a friend 😃 its worth the ride!
This is the only mt bike Park in florida where bikes have total right away be cautious if you decide to walk
Check out Bob's bikes on Eau gallie...they are awesome
No. It's basically a large trail that you don't have to check in or sign up to go on. Ride at your own risk.
