Very nasty & disrespectful place.in independent they’re not much bothered by the employees. But assisted living and memory care is awful they allow the employees to speak to the people in a out and memory care like there’s nothing and when u reported nothing gets done . Memory care patients for multiple times and they don’t call EMS. in the assisted living part in patient show call for hours and people will not come for help or to bring them down for meals they’re always short staffed because they don’t respect and appreciate the good stuff they do have. Oh and if you injure yourself on the job they will not honor your doctors note they will terminate you. They also show favoritism between employees.

My mom asked my help in finding a place to live after keeping up a house became too difficult. She moved into Discovery Village Melbourne four months ago and loves it. The rooms are beautiful, the staff is friendly and the residents are truly community. It is a joy visiting her and knowing she is happy and safe.
