This school was clear, to the point and cost effective. We got the certificate within minutes and it was filed in the Brevard office by 10 AM the next morning (which was great as we waited until the last day!!). Hopefully I won't need them again but if I do, I will surely use Wise!

Great online, self-paced alternative to attending in person, have used Wise twice (yep, I'm a speeder), will use them again if needed. The bonus is they're family run and the course is well out together.

I did a course on this side to get a discount on my traffic ticket. I can't compare the experience with the course with other sites. However, it was easy to use the website and the best thing is than when I finished the course I got a call from someone from WiseTrafficSchool, I am sorry I don't remember his name. This person explain to me the next steps. A couple of days later I call back since I was not able to find the information on the county to pay the ticket and the same person helped me again. He walked me thru the website and was very nice and professional. I definitely recommend their services.

My biggest concern with these traffic schools is that we're sharing a lot of confidential information. I called in advance of signing up, (was able to actually get through and speak with someone) and the gentleman on the phone was courteous and assured me that they do not share any of the information with third parties. He also informed me that the data they needed was birthdate, DL number, citation number....and of course, credit card and address info. That turned out to be 100% accurate. Personally, I think they need to advertise the data security aspect of their service more, if they do protect customer data. I could not find anything on their website. Other schools did have references to the personal data disclosures, and I did not like that they shared info, pretty much as their discretion. Cost was really secondary for me, but at $25, it's just as reasonable as anyone else. (I took the reading version) So the 5 stars is for that commitment on data security that they provided, albeit verbally, and the ease of the system. I found that the time allotted per section was just about the perfect amount of time to read the section and complete the questions. I did have extra time in some sections, but the law is to take a 4 hour course. Final exam followed the course material very very well. Now it's my assumption that content and quality of the systems are probably fairly similar among these schools. I selected Wise as they seem to specialize in just three courses and they are Florida specific, in addition to the data security. The completion cert was super simple, and just as they described in the advertising. Someone complained on a review that they kept sending him mailings after the completion of the course. Yeah, I'd downgrade my review if I start getting mailings and can't shut them off, but I get the feeling that won't be the case. Time will tell. In summary, positive experience.
