Finished before estimated time and the price wasn’t too bad. Get the oil change coupon off their website to save a couple of dollars.

This place is worth going out of my way to receive exceptional service. Leo has taken care of my needs twice now and I couldn’t hope for a more pleasant and professional experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thank you, Leo!!! 👍🏼🏁🍻 It turns out that I will be visiting Leo’s store again soon. I ran into some trouble with my local dealer and I called Leo for some clarification on some policy issues and in the process once he heard that I experienced the trouble Leo was very quick and eager to help and invited me to come on down and he would take care of me. He is by far the most outstanding store manager I’ve ever encountered and I’m grateful that he’s going to go the extra mile to help resolve my issues. Only problem is his store is an hour and half drive one way but it’s worth it to be able to receive the level of service I expect and did not at all experience with my local dealer. Don’t worry, their review is coming and it’ll be a doozy. I can’t wait to see Leo for his help. The fact that he is more than willing to help says a lot about my local stores refusal to help. Waiting on the 24-48 hour call from the area manager to discuss problems I had at the local store. Came in today to see Leo. I’ll spare you the details but I’ll mention this: can you believe they even DRESSED MY TIRES!??!!! If this isn’t the best damn service I don’t know what is!! Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They offered to do a free inspection while I was in for an alignment, then “balanced” my wheels without approval. Surprisingly when taking my car for my rotation to Costco my wheel mating surfaces have excessive corrosive material between the wheels and hub mating surfaces. I also still need an alignment, but at least the manager is friendly. Weird.

I have a 2001 Toyota Camry and I went in at 11am and told them from head to toe what I’ve done to the car already retaining to an air leak, and that it still has a hiccup problem while driving. They said it was because of spark plugs ? Me being in a hurry to drive out of state by 3pm the same day I said ok and they worked on it. SIX HOURS LATER, which wouldn’t have been a problem, IF THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED. I get in the car only for the issue to be worse and the manager (small black guy) had attitude and didn’t believe me and had to drive the car himself. Then him and every other mechanic began to ignore me because I was right. I got told they were just going to refund me the $218.00 and I asked if they could at least identify where the leak was coming from but they said “we aren’t here to chase ghost all day” it’s a twenty plus year old car and no one could identify where the air leak was coming from. Sad how they can call themselves mechanics.
