I am a new customer. My recycling was missed. Have called every day to get someone to come by, 5 days later and no one has come. Poor service!! Wish I would have read these reviews before getting my service.

They.skipped my house. Called immediately. That was Wednesday. This is Saturday.. Still waiting for them to come back. You get a run around on the phone. Would not deal with them if I didn’t have to

Awful Service since this company took over!!! My entire roads trash pick up is skipped at least once a month!! We call and they tell us we can rent a dumpster!!! So you can bring a dumpster but not pick up my trash?? Here it is another week trash pick up day and no pick up !! We even called and reminded them not to forget us!!

Been a disappointed customer for about 6.5 years. Worst garbage service I've ever experienced. I definitely do not recommend their service. Many bad experiences, most recently I placed my 2 trash cans by the road at 1am last night. They were only 3/4 full, and not heavy. I rolled them both about 30 yards to the roadside. Today is my scheduled trash day and they always get here very early. I checked my trash cans at 10am. They had both been moved and turned, but not emptied. I called to complain. As of 12 noon, my trash cans are still sitting there with trash, and I will continue to fill them up. This is the 2nd time this month a trash can was left full, and it's happened many times before. Avoid GFL if you can, and FYI, almost all of the good reviews were posted by employees who asked to write the good reviews.
