It was quite depressing when I was walking down the halls. It smelled of urine and dirty diapers. Staff was not friendly or helpful at all. Patients were just roaming all over. My aunt is locked up in the dementia/ crazy ward. She does not belong in there, but they don't want her to escape the facility. Well watch your Patients better!!! While visiting with my aunt I seen they did not have private showers in there rooms. And the other Patients were just coming right on in her room, they didn't even stay in their. They take her things. It is a horrible experience. I don't even want to go back. I want to move her!!! It's on a scale 1..

My Mother was only in this facility not even 2 months and was severely undernourished. Thank God we visited her often and noticed a weight loss (20 lbs) and decline in her, which they denied. We insisted on an ambulance to come and they acted as though nothing was wrong. She could no longer walk, speak or talk. Our persistence saved her life. She was taken to the hospital with a sodium of 177. She would not have made it. She is home now. Thriving.

Would not send family members there , the staff is understaffed, and they are a 1 star facility for a reason , ashamed what happened to this place , was a really great place at one time , but sadly to say not anymore
