I was under the impression this company was supposed to pick up yard debris that's bagged up and set with my trash can is that not the case? Because if not I was informed incorrectly and you guys need to get your information straight.

Absolutely the worst! 100 percent of the time I have to call to have my recycling removed. 100%! They rarely answer their phone. The phone number on this site doesn’t work. Their business is garbage, and so is their service! I hate paying for a service and getting nothing. Horribly run organization!

Just look aroud Wilmington, its covered in trash more than ever before. Not sure whats changed in the last 3 months, but customer service & pick up have been pure garbage. Personally, I had extra recycling from a move. Put it in my own trash can to prevent it blowing down the street-- they took the entire trash can which isn't even a recyclable plastic. My green bin got damaged & didn't close properly which attracted animals & caught the rain. I called for a new one, the man came to deliver it, but wouldnt exchange it. He told me to drill holes in the bottom instead--wth- i dont own a drill & technically not the bin either. They've left an extra bag of trash when my can was a bit too full, which rarely happens at my home. Its never been an issue before. I pay for trash service, i dont think a modicum of compentcy is too much to ask.
