Horrible Water Corporation: They are sill working like how the people used to work in 60's on pen and paper. No auto pay option yet. Every two months , you need to go the site and then pay and if you somehow miss, thy will cut the line and leave a note on your place. office workers are horrible aand when you try to talk , they will talk rude. If I have the option to give negative rating, i would have given.

The staff is always polite but their billing system is 30 years out of date. They also bill you months in advance for service. Setting up automatic billing is difficult-- almost like they are setting people up to miss one payment so they can charge a huge reconnect fee.

I'm calling the bbb on this company. They cut our water off for a past due of 50$ during a pandemic crisis and refused any sort of help to make payments on our current bill status. They did not contact us to let us know our water would be shut off or offer any services to us and want to charge us 70$ plus our bill to be cut back on. This place is horrible at communicating and do not care if you have babies in the home. Considering we are going through a disease crisis, you need water to keep disease at a minimum but this company does not care. I will be reporting them today :)
