Just sold and. Bought campers from Sam. We had the best experience here. This was not our first camper but it will be our last. We got the 2022 new Keystone Cougar 22RBS. I just walked threw it today. I just love love it. I only got to see it online until today. It is was even more beautiful than it was online. Thanks guys it was easy dealing with everyone. Anyone who needs or wants a camper please give them a look. :D.

Sales was great. I purchased a 2022 Montana had it delivered on a Saturday, the pad on one of the legs was missing, so the auto level doesn't work. Then the hot water heater doesn't work on electric side. Trying to get someone from camping world to come fix it is like pulling teeth. Got the run around from all of them. Here it is Monday and at first they said they will TRY, and MIGHT get someone here on Thursday. Then the second lady I talked to finally just said Thursday afternoon, but asked me to call the Good Sam tech support line to see if I can fix it myself, and please let them know if I do get it taken care of. Also, what ever you do have a back up plan for the TV the Winegard 360+ is junk.
