Today, on my ride home I paid the driver as soon as I got on (like I always do) and halfway through the ride the driver asked for my $5. I told her that I knew I paid her as I came with exact change for today's rides and I had nothing left. The driver proceeded with her attitude saying at last well I'll know when I get back to the office, but if I am short $5 I know it is you! Rude! Disrespectful! Uncalled for! Unprofessional! I always pay ... working on finding another way to get around town after today for sure!!!!! On the 29th of September 2020 I had to be in court at 2 pm and was almost "forgotten" until I called to see where my ride was at. I am very clear when making arrangements that I needed to be in court as court starts at 2 pm and I was late due to my transit ride!!!!!

My apologies for not replying sooner. We are closed for 3 days for the Christmas holidays. If you look at our hours of operation on google it should show you all of the days our office is closed for holidays.
