I first went there on 6/30/2022 for some random alcohol test, they failed to read my authorization form which clearly stated random alcohol then gave me regular drug test. I went back there on 9/13/20 to find out that their alcohol machine isn't working, missing or whatever the case it was. I decided to now go to Goldsboro or Greenville for my dot related test.

I recently received care from the Fastmed in Kinston NC and was not pleased with my visit. I put up a review for my visit and was contacted promptly from a very nice and concerned representative from FastMed. She was very apologetic and concerned and asked for me to give them another shot at this location. I returned to be seen by their normal PA and was checked out and taken care of that made me feel a lot better about my course of getting well. Thank you for contacting me and thank you for helping me get well. I am feeling a lot better and appreciate the time you took to get me proper treatment.
