The dude up on the hill (C+D) needs to clam down and do his job. He shouldn't be talking down to people paying to unload their trash, because they don't dump it exactly where he may wants it. Get off your loader and talk to the people and tell them where to unload. Very rude and disrespectful!

Yes or if you are able to provide something with your address on it like mail or your license then you will have access to the landfill as well. You can get a sticker free onsite. The sticker only grants you access to the landfill by confirming your residency it does not waive any disposal fees.
There is no fee for the stickers. You will only need something to prove your residency. Like a drivers license, piece of mail or a lease agreement.
Pretty sure they do. You will be charged however for the weight.
Yard waste coming from Harnett County can be brought here. There is a charge it is $1.50 per 100lb. Just a reminder this location can not take debit or credit cards so make sure you bring either cash or check with you.
You can bring Styrofoam Coolers to the Landfill. They can not be recycled so you will be putting it with your regular household trash.
