It was a nice relaxing ride around the Trent and Neuse rivers. Captain Dave did a good job showing us some of the top highlights in the area and was very knowledgeable.

We had guests from out of town and were looking for something different to do. Cruise the Neuse was a hit! We took the sunset cruise with Captain Dave. Not only was it relaxing, but we were able to see tons of wildlife, amazing waterfront homes, and New Bern from a new perspective. Captain Dave was knowledgeable about the area and it's history, but more importantly, he was entertaining. I would highly recommend this experience to visitors and locals alike.

Hi Patricia - Wheel chairs will not fit on board. Walkers will. So if the person can transition from a wheel chair to walker to move aboard, that will work. Just had a person with one leg ride with us last night.

As Lydia says, there are day cruises: 10am, 12pm 2pm and 7pm. But we dont do any fishing on the cruises. What you might want to do is, get a few raw chicken wings, and a string, tie one to the other and throw in water anywhere (Union Pt Pk) and you will have a blue shell crab in no time! Now that should be entertainment for your 2 year old!!

Hi John - the tour is 90 minutes and we sail up to 4 times a day. Times are 10am, 12pm, 2pm and 6:30pm. We only do rides if we have more than 3 people. THe cost is $30/pp for daytime rides, $35 for the sunset. Book a few days early, specially on the weekend. We generally sell out. Come on aboard!! Captain Dave
