After running an online business for 8 years I should know better than to use USPS. But I thought I would try it out again. Horrible mistake. My package was ready to go with a pre-made label. The lady picked at my label until it came loose and then complained that I didn’t have enough tape. So I used the provided tape to cover the label. She then complained I used to much tape and started to rip it off, tearing up the label. I was then told I’d have to reprint the label and come back. I canceled the label and went to UPS where I handed them the package, they gave me a receipt and I left, no problems.

If you can help it, DO NOT go to this post office!! They have the absolute RUDEST, UNHELPFUL, down right MEAN "behind the counter" workers AND supervisor!! I sent a package to the wrong address, came back to fix it and the lady would NOT get the package for me nor would she provide any options on how I could fix it!! The next day I come in to ship another very small box and needed ONE PIECE of tape and she WOULD NOT let me have a piece! She said I could buy tape from her or go home and get my own tape! The supervisor was standing near and said they would not help me with tape and to "have a blessed day"!! They absolutely have NO business working with the public. They speak to you like you are a dog and will never have my business again. I will continue telling everyone about my experience so they can hopefully carry their business elsewhere as well!! And from the looks of these reviews previous to mine, they seem to treat everyone poorly. I will be taking this as far up the chain as I can go!

Hands down the WORST. POST OFFICE. EVER. The employees are condescendingly polite, meaning they will use “sir” or “ma’am” with every patron, but in a manner that is ANYTHING but polite and quite obviously has another meaning behind it. According to this post office, one cannot scan a shipping label with one’s phone within the building citing, “there is no photography inside government buildings.” No more than ONE person can be at the window at a time, meaning if you are there with someone, they make you stand apart. This even was applied to my CHILDREN. My own kids were not allowed at the counter with me. Absolutely zero help to any patron and the most matter-of-fact attitudes I have even encountered. I recently asked for a small piece of tape to securely close a shipping label pocket on my package and was told (even though there was a tape dispenser about 10” from the gentleman’s hand) that they had no tape to offer. I could, of course, use the Priority Mail tape, but I would have to ship my package priority then (it was an online purchase return with a pre-made shipping label) or I could purchase a roll of tape behind me. I once had a USPS-provided “fragile” sticker on a package and was told that label incurred an additional fee to ship. When I removed the label, the lady behind the counter rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to put fragile stamps on the package (which were barely even visible when applied anyway). I have heard them treat nearly every patron I have seen in there at the same time with me with the same disregard, unhelpfulness, and general rudeness. I own a small business and use multiple post offices. In my 8 years I’m business, I have never encountered postal employees such as these. I’ll never return. I’ll take my business to UPS or to a different post office.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced from a USPS location. I am amazed no one has responded to the obvious issues going on. You would think after numerous complaints regarding this same issue something would be done.

No. Most roads are too treacherous due to the weather conditions on this Date.
