it was a quick in and out . the only thing would be the front desk staff not being attentive to customers. stood in front of them and never once did they acknowledge me standing there. BTW they were not in the phone or serving any other customers.

Check in was quick and easy. I was a "walk in" and it was quite a wait but it was in the convenience of my car. I check in at 5:30 and went inside to the Lobby at 7:15 and actually was called in the consult room around 8:30; seen by the nurse around 9 and actually seen by the physician around 10pm. The clinic was packed and the staff was nice but you could tell they had a long day and they could use more then 2 doctors. Considering the short staff on doctors specifically they ALL did the best they could and overall I appreciate being seen as a walk in. I would advice any patient to take advantage of the scheduled appointments on the app so that can benefit the staff and not waste the patients time aswell. I will be scheduling in advamce for future visits. I will also say the receptionist when I called to inquire about being seen; she was so fun and friendly and had a very contagious laugh just very refreshing and the doctor was very sweet and understanding aswell. I would recomend visiting this clinic.

Everyone at this clinic were very knowledgeable and helpful. The. Clinic was packed. The only negative comment wait time to see the doctor was unbearable but I can understand due to office being packed with patients. These medical personnel were working hard as they could to try and get to every patient. This office works from 8 to 8. I got out after 11:00 and they still had a few patients left to see. Horrible place. They call to tell you that the medication they put you on needs to be changed and to call them back. I have tried more than 20 times to call them back in 24 hours and no response. Told by the call center they are not answering their phones. Worst care EVER.

I only think there are general practitioners there but they can X-ray and splint you and get you stable until you can get to an orthopedic doctor. I was referred to one when I fractured my elbow but they made sure that my elbow was secured, that I didn’t have any pain and referred me
