This place is absolutely TERRIBLE in terms of scheduling. Each appointment I have gone to I’m literally waiting to be called back for a minimum of 45mins. Also, I had an appointment scheduled months in advance and when I arrived the receptionist notified me that the entire medical team I was scheduled to see wasn’t even in the office that week. Meaning they didn’t even call to cancel my appointment nor did they call me to reschedule. Instead they took it upon themselves to just reschedule me for any date/time without my approval or a notification. Absolutely ridiculous and I can’t wait to switch.

Yes, what area of the body are you referring to. They have full spectrum PT and OT, from an orthopedic perspective that have general orthopedics as well as fellowship trained, hand, shoulder, knee and joint replacement MDs
