So, I didnt know you refused service to truck drivers who come to your window attempting to purchase food from your establishment just because they are not in a vehicle. It's obvious my 18 wheel tractor and trailer cannot fit in any drive-thru. If per your company's policy, you do not serve individuals who are not in vehicles, I completely understand that but you should probably put up signs or something because this is a first for me.

Great Taco Bell! Terry is wonderful with customers. I could see him as a regional trainer for customer service. Hard to find good people like that.

Stopped in for lunch today before heading back to the office. The employees in the kitchen were gossiping extremely loud with many curse words while I was waiting at the counter to order food. Only one female employee actually seemed nice here as the gentleman who was also the manager took my order looked disgruntled and not happy at all to be at taco bell. He didn't say anything when he walked up to the register and just stood there like he had other things to do and serving customers is not important. After a long wait and much laughter and curse words from the food prep area I have decided not to stop at this location again. I finally got my food after a long long wait and the line at the front was insanely long by then. While I was eating in my work truck I noticed that people were exiting the drive through line as it was taking over 5 minutes per car with a average of more than that. What's wrong with this picture? Don't go here.

Food was really good, they forgot one item from our order (nachos) but it wasn't a huge deal. Fountain soda was delicious. The cashier was very kind and efficient. Actually they forgot to give us straws too but... Whatever it was fine.
