It was a weekday at lunch (noonish). Not much (two people) of a line in front of us when we showed up. Everything started normally and as we ordered, the girl behind the counter said "I don't work the register, I'm usually in the back" or something to that effect. Well, she did a great job, handed us our cups, and we moved on. At this point, we realized that the crowd seemed a bit frustrated waiting for their orders. There seemed to be plenty of folks working in the back, but the food coming out was few and far between. You could see the 'ready' order names on the screen, but apparently alot of people walked out after waiting too long. We grabbed a table and waited our turn. Some lady at a table adjacent kept yelling "Hey, is that you? Are you [insert name]? Hey! I'm talking to you. Hello?" Not entirely clear, but we figured out she was talking to us. She was impatiently waiting for her food and was trying to figure out who's order was waiting on the counter. Yeah, not us, but thanks for asking. It was probably about 20 min at this point, we already finished our drinks and went back for refills. Some other patrons were done waiting and left their table with unfinished fountain drinks and a pile of unopened sauces. No one seemed to be getting their food as expected, or when expected. It was like a chaotic filling process in the back where the tickets were thrown in the air and they bagged whichever one came down first. Finally, our name popped up. Went to grab the bag and asked "hey, is this order for Luke?". Response... "no, that's for Henry". Oh, Henry. My name disappeared from the status screen. No food in hand. I guess our ticket landed under the fryer. We continued our conversation at the table, not in any particular rush. People came and went, orders picked up. Pretty consistent flow. That lady who yelled had finished and left. It's about an hour in and we figured let's remind them of our order. At no point would I say the restaurant was crowded in any way, drive thru was busy, but again, not a big time rush. Went back up front and asked if they were ready with our food yet. Some other kid asks our name for the order, he couldn't find it. He asked to see the receipt. I pointed to the pile of papers by the register and said it's probably in there, the girl never gave us one (or anyone else for that matter). We'll, the kid made an attempt to locate it, no luck. We told him what we ordered (could have told him anything at this point) he said OK and disappeared in the back. About five minutes later, order up! I ate my $5 biggie bag and my friend enjoyed his burger and fries. He did initially order a baked potato, but they were out, so they filled the baked potato container with french fries. Same food, different form, I guess? All in all, food was excellent, as usual. Thanks, Dave. I'd go back again. Just make sure your calendar is cleared for the afternoon.

The single longest wait I've ever had for a burger. I ordered at the drive through, where the person taking my order was barely audible, and then sat without moving my car for nearly half an hour, even though there was only one car in front of me. Now, I'm sitting at the curb past the window waiting for my food because they couldn't even get my order in a bag in those thirty minutes. Only giving two stars because the lady at the window was very polite.

I didn’t even want to give a 1 star. The employees are rude, they act like it’s an inconvenience to do their job. I’ve worked in fast food, it is appalling to see such ignorant customer service. I didn’t get two words out before they either ask me if that’s all or tell me to pull forward- with a very nasty attitude at that. Not to mention throwing my food at me and not even attempting to give me my receipt or change (1penny I wasn’t worried about it, but no receipt), when I’ve had issues with incorrect orders here before; but since it’s the closest Wendy’s to our house we go there. After the repeated completely terrible service, I’ll drive to Edgewood or North East before going back there. These employees need to learn what customer service is and just basic human decency.

We sat in the drive through line (mind you 3 cars were ahead of us) for 20 minutes waiting to place our order we finally get to place it then we sat another 25 minutes waiting on our food. We' finally get our food just to look in the bag and notice it wasn't even our order. This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Wait time and service are in the negative. I also door dash here occasionally waiting on a pick up here is not worth the time or the money.
