my company was sending a sympathy gift and originally requested an address in Medford Oregon. It turns out the arrangement needed to be sent to a remote city in Arizona. They were very patient with me in the address change and held onto my order as I changed the delivery date by one week as well. The entire process was super simple and very smooth. I have since purchased two more items for delivery and all recipients were very happy.
