They never return your calls and you can’t reach them. Very frustrating if you have a question. We decided not to go with them.

With a broken windshield I called Safelite. The tech was polite and it took him almost 2 hours to replace it at our home. We thought it looked great and then we got on the freeway and there was a terrible rattle on the passengers side. Then it rained and trucks sprayed the window with muddy water, my husband tried to use the windshield washer. No cleaner came out. We came home and saw that it had never been hooked up after the repairs were done. So made an appointment to address this issue. Meanwhile my son arrived from out of town. He checked it, connected the window washer then noticed the light under the hood was also unplugged. Then regarding the rattle. There was not one screw holding the plastic grid that covers the area between the hood and the windshield. I have no idea where he put the screws but they did not get put back on the car. So my son fixed that also. I paid $50 deductible for this service. When the young man arrived I asked him how much schooling it took to learn his job. He said 2 months and that it was not enough. My feelings exactly!

I would think so; a nick is a nick, and these guys are professionals. Their location appears to have the room to accommodate an RV.
They do have a small waiting room and it took about an hour when we had our windshield replaced . They have free snacks and water. The people that work there are great!
You would have to call the store, they do really top notch work, I wouldn't think that glass replacement would hurt your warranty.
I would think so, in my experience they stand behind their work. Call or stop by and they will take care of you.
