Just there to pay our Trash and recycling bill. It would be nice if they would have parking for the customers because the employees take up the whole parking lot.

They only pick up the trash when they feel like it. They haven't felt like picking up the trash on our street for the last two weeks. I have doubts the trash will be picked up this week or ever again.

We have been using this company for our trash services at work for many many years. A few months ago, they dropped off an extra can for recycling and an extra can for green waste.... without asking anyone, then just started charging us for them, all the while, NOT ONCE, sending a separate truck to even collect them (had they even been full). It took me months of phones calls with supervisors, sales people and etc to finally get the correct information on these services. I had to get a waiver from the county showing that we use our own green waste company and then was told that the recycling cart was NOT mandatory. I had all of the charges finally credited, then both cans picked up....yet every single month, I keep getting a bill with a charge for the recycling cart. Today, I was told (after 3 months) that it is a requirement and that I have to fill out a waiver to submit, yet, all along they have had my email and NOT ONE PERSON has given me the information. How can they charge for something that they never even put on a schedule to collect? Talk about robbery.....

Worst Company out there, not to mention all the Useless employees. We get overcharged every month, and every time we call they ask us to make the balance before they can help us, and still after making payment, we get same overcharges. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. FRAUD
