Honestly wish i can give no stars out of my whole almost 10 years of having service with metro this store seemed to mess my account all up the female dogs that work there are trash and give out attitude They didnt wanna admit to there wrong doing so they blammed customer service on the phone no im the wrong one to mess with .

Yes. All the phones have an UPGRADE price listed. (Not as good as a new customer's prices)The girl I talked to was super nice and helpful. And she took the time out to answer all my questions

They sold my son and I messed up phoned, the phones were supposed to be brand new phones. Called customer service no problem. Go in and the will exchange with brand new phones. We go to the store, they won't give us new phones.
