We ordered furniture from them back in March. We were told then that the furniture was back ordered and we wouldn’t get it until August. It came in early which was great; however, our accent chair was damaged. They have redelivered it 3 times…all damaged! The damage was from the manufacturer not Bob’s. Bob’s have been very apologetic and going out of their way to accommodate us. We canceled the order for the damaged chair and picked out a new one recently. It should be here in August! Their customer service (only when you call and try to speak with a representative) IS HORRIBLE! It’s always someone from a different country and you can’t understand them at all!!! If you go into the store or hit the prompt to speak to someone in the store you will receive the best customer service! Bob bring your call center to the USA! I recommend Bob’s Discount Furniture…they stand behind their products and will make sure you are happy with your purchase!

My husband and I had the best experience making our furniture purchase at Bob’s. Our salesperson, Mariah, was the best. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions. She was even very helpful when I called with questions about my delivery date a week later! We are very excited about our new furniture and plan to come back and write a review on the furniture and delivery experience once it arrives. So far…Bob’s can count on our business again!

I had great service while picking out two accent chairs for my home office. Don met us upon our entering the store but did not follow us every step while we viewed the merchandise. He assured us that he was available for any questions and periodically came by to check in on us. Once we decided on our purchase Don provided us with detailed information and answered all/all questions that we had.This was truly the best experience in buying furniture that I have ever had. Amazing. Don is really good at what he does. Overall a super experience!

Don, our salesman, was incredibly helpful, but not pushy. He was informative and very quick to meet our needs to get us out of the store as he knew we were battling three kids with us. I really like how the manager Tyler came and introduced himself to make sure we were getting everything we needed before we left. Good selection, and great store!

They did have the doors locked before entering, temperature check at the door. Limited the number of people entering. I'm due back later this week.

Not sure on that, you would really have to call the store. I would say that their prices seem to be lower than the stores in the area.
Don't waste your time. Takes too long to get furniture if you get it at all.
