The women at the Starbucks was so lazy and rude she said her name was Alesia but I believe she was lying she dropped my cup on the floor and picked it up trying to make my drink in a dirty cup then proceeded to tell me they can not scan my Starbucks stars or use my gift card and told me she was busy even though no one was in line she also told me their is no such thing is an oatmeal espresso worst service I ever had never go to this Starbucks and if u see “alysia” do not get anything thing from her she didn’t even wash her hands after touching the ground I tried to be as nice as possible even with her bad additude to set an example I told her to have a goodnight and just proceeded on my way to another star bucks

I don't usually go to Starbucks inside of stores because they don't have order ahead and I like to use the app to pay so I can get double my stars (you fellow Starbucks fans know what I'm talking about) but I decided to go on a whim one day …

Drinks have always been made correctly. Although since the pandemic the line can be a little slow. I believe this has been due to short staff.
