I will not return to this location. I was there for Cold stone ice cream. The store was unorganized and the cashier was not being sanitary.😝 1. You should never handle money and proceed to prepare food. (All other employees were wearing gloves)🤢 2. You should be cleaning/rinsing the paddles/scoopers before preparing the next order.👀 3. Cold Stone is not cheap! Give the e customers the correct amount of ice cream, I ordered a gotta have it & the ice cream barely reached the rim, I have been to several locations and I know how much I am supposed to get.🤨 4. If you're location is supposed to close at 10:45pm, the door should not be locked at 10pm! By the way, a different employee locked the doors wearing gloves that he didn't remove before returning behind the counter to continue preparing orders.😦 5. There was other flavors or mix-ins in my ice cream. I asked for cake batter with no mix-ins, there was clearly other stuff in my ice cream, brown to be exact.🧐 6. I asked for my order to be remade multiple times and they proceed to take multiple other customers before addressing the issue. I asked two other employees before the original cashier finally addressed it. I had to tell her to put on gloves before remaking my order.😒 7. By the time my order was being remade, the container was empty. The cashier had to go to the back to get more ice cream. She took the same bowl to the back with her and scraped of the ice cream with the brown stuff and add more ice cream to the same bowl!🤮 8. Although I remained nice, calm, and patient, she seemed irritated that I was not satisfied.😞 9. No, gloves, prepared orders with washing her hand, touching the inside of the customers bowl with the same nasty hands that was accepting money.🤢

If you enjoy the frustration of having a messed up order, then this is the place to go. Plus, the food doesn't even taste good. All the negative reviews about orders being incorrect are so true. Don't go to this location.

They gave me the wrong donuts. I ordered tid bits and received only plain ones. Then I had to constantly remind the window person that he had forgot something in my bag.

I go to this Tim Hortons a lot. I do like their iced cappuccino, bagels, ice cream. In the evenings, I do enjoy going for the occasional ice cream or two. The staff they have in the evenings have been wonderful. They are kind. I just wanted to leave this review to say how nice I appreciate the kindness and compassion. In this day and age, it's hard to find that with what is happening. Hopefully more people if any age will take note that there is kindness and pass it along!!
