I inquired about this place and received a email today saying when can we follow up ; then it said about addressing roaches in one of there apartments. Not goin to say which number, But Be careful.! For those who are looking. I'm going to continue my search after that .Ms. King, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm sorry you received an email correspondence intended for someone else in error. We hope you will give us another try.

I lived in Georgetown manor for the past 2 years and really enjoyed my stay. The management takes care of the property well and they are very responsive, thank you Tina and Dan. Would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking to be in close proximity to all major freeways and shopping area.Thank you for the great review! We appreciate it.

My husband and I had apt debt elsewhere & bad credit. We thought nowhere would approve us. This place did. Right by 696 and many stores and the hospital. Near our jobs. Good space for a first apartment. Downside is no assigned parking. Between 9 pm-11 pm spots nearest your apartment tend to fill up...but 625-750$/mo, gas paid and 60% of water paid? Fairly good! Gave us somewhere to go that was near. Cheap. Convenient. And a great location with decent space when our little family needed somewhere fast.
