Nick has been cleaning the rugs of my families’ (my mother-in-law, grandma and other) homes for several years now and consistently does a fantastic job in all of his work. He is incredibly professional, with adhering to COVID protocols and cleanliness of his trucks and additional supplies, all for a reasonable price and incredible customer experience. He really puts the customer first in his needs assessments, both over the phone and before cleaning, is thorough (non-transactional). He uses top of the line products in his treatment applications and is very upfront with the likelihood of cleaning something beyond repair (pet stains, wine, etc). I recently had our 8 year old sofa cleaned after relocating our game room downstairs and for an 8 year old sofa, he made it look (and smell) brand new. I continue to refer him out to friends, family and neighbors for his expertise, client-focused customer service and his overall care for his equipment, among his care for his community. I would highly recommend Mr. Magic to clean your home, or place of business.

Nick is professional and very on-the-ball with response time. He's a really helpful guy and will make sure that you're getting the services you need, when you need them. I've used him twice now for carpet cleaning and love the results I get. Everything smells great and looks good as new. I plan on using Tri-Valley Carpet Care again soon!
