What a hidden gem in Downtown Oakland!!! This was a spontaneous find and I would definitely come back here. Pretty interior, nice service, and GOOD FOOD. I'm pretty picky with my Thai food... but this place made the perfect Pad See Ew! The noodles were the perfect texture and everything was evenly seasoned. There wasn't a lot of Chinese broccoli, so the noodles definitely dominated this dish. A little sweet, and not too salty. I really enjoyed this! The presentation with the banana leaf was very visually appealing too. I really enjoyed the Mao Cha Yen! This is a sake-based cocktail made with thai tea and coconut milk. The sake was PRETTY STRONG, but as long as you mix the drink before every sip... the pleasant coconutty thai tea flavor comes out. Very affordable too!

The staff wear masks and gloves, you cant enter but they have a table at the door with a large plastic partition where you can pay and pick up your food. Id say that cleanliness and safety are a priority.
