The 7 reasons why you shouldn't move in here. 1) The apartment price shot up 50% in a year We paid $770, now its up to $1100 in an year. 2) The building is aging and you would find cracks, seepage, the wall leaks often. The power cuts are often and regular. 3)The avoid garden apartments at all cost, at night auto light beam enter into your bedroom and hall. you will wake up from your sleep. 4)You will get charged for damage from the property deterioration. 5)There is always preventive maintenance or some other worker entering your apartment. This place has no respect for your privacy. 6) No play area for children, there is a large kid population here. No swings or playing area 7) The parking lots are narrow, this causes dents on your car from the neighboring one while opening the door. Note: maintenance team is quick, I agree they are.

Even since I have moved here, we have issues of water stopping very frequetly. If you call them, it's always emergency. In less than one year we have at least 25 times water or some other maintenance issues.. That's simply rediculous. They expect that if they stop water, we can go to leasing office for every single need f water. That's just non-sense.

This is a really nice place. I don't usually leave reviews but when I lost my keys someone came right away to give me a new set of keys. They usually get things done within a few days and are very pleasant. Snow is removed quickly too. This place has a 'homey' feel, and I've never liked staying 'home.' I don't mind here which is not like me at all. I do wish they had a few more amenities but overall, a nice place to call home.
