One of the worst hotels stays I have ever experienced. The staff overcharged me by $350 not once but TWICE. When I asked for the charges to come off they said they can't do anything but to talk to a manger first thing in the morning. The manager didn't come in for two more days. Then I never got to talk to the manager, instead the incomplete front desk person just reran my card and charged me again. Still waiting for my funds to come back. The room was okay but you could hear every sound from the neighboring rooms. Check out is at 12pm but housekeeping comes banging on your rood at 9am asking when you plan to leave. Will never stay here again.

Great location for everything in the Detroit area. The staff is outstanding and make you feel at home. Chelsea will take care of you as she did with my reservation and you will just really enjoy this property. The food is great and if you're staying in and working during the evening like I did the convenience is a real bonus. The staff working the restaurant is so friendly and nice too, I only wish I could have thanked them before I left but had a very early flight. I was attending a show at the Suburban Showcase Center, so this hotel was close and a very easy drive.

The stay was amazing , the room was clean and smelt like very nice perfume ! Nice quiet peaceful stay . Staff was very helpful and nice . I would 10/10 recommend. If I’m ever in the area again I will stay at this hotel! && no the don’t have free breakfast in the morning but they have their own bar and Starbucks shop with a food menu .

I quite love this hotel. The staff is stellar. My only complaint is on my last stay the person in the room next to mine was smoking. I reported it but it continued. Also during Covid there's no one cleaning the room, which us understandable, but no one empties garbage cans or replaces towels. Leaving it on guests the schlep the towels to the front desk daily and to manage trash the best you can if you're staying more than overnight. I feel like this needs to be addressed at the hotel. I think its a combination of less staff but unless the price lowers service needs to raise to meet that short fall. The hotel and staff are incredibly accommodating, we arrived more than 5 hours before check in, ridiculously early and we accommodated immediately. The staff are so kind and helpful. I like the design and layout of the room.
