Not open until 8am on a Monday. No signs assisting in finding the parking for drop off. No physical door & drop box is by the USPS boxes. Tucked awkwardly & not easy to find unless being directed by the 4th person I had to call for assistance. My reservation allowed me to drop off at 7am. This process needs to be improved ASAP.

Enterprise rental are usually good but sometimes you have to insist on getting the vehicle type that you've made reservations for

Yes, there is a drop box located on the far left side of the building (when facing main entrance). Closest to the Enterprise car parking lot.
Just drop off the keys in the drop box provided. A rental agent contacts you within 24hrs to go over any rental closing details.
Not all Enterprise Rentals provide the "pickup, delivery" service. Check the web sight for this info.
