I’ve been here a total of three times, my first experience with vee was great my second experience was great I just don’t remember her name. My third experience was not the best I was disappointed because I informed the receptionist when I made the appointment I needed someone experienced because I was new to waxing she said ok and booked me. I don’t remember the waxers name but she was very nice but upon starting my service I asked her how long she had been waxing and she informed me not long that she had been doing something else for sometime and that she needed more practice with long nails and she had long nails at the time of my service. She went over the area’s multiple times and I still had hair left but I was not willing to keep letting her go over it and told her it was fine because it hurt unlike my first two experiences. I was not satisfied with my last experience so when they tried to get me to schedule my next appointment at checkout I didn’t and when they called me yesterday 3/29/22 to try to get me to book I didn’t because I’m unsure if I want to continue going there if the receptionist are not going to actually take into consideration the needs of the guest when booking appointments.
