Iii give it a 1 just cuz the food tastes good. Otherwise, I ordered online expecting food to be ready when I get there, but when I get to the shop, they said order isn’t here, finally figure out the problem was they didn’t have paper in the computer, so once he put paper in, 20 online order come up. Had to wait another hour. Horrible…

Teri is the most unprofessional manager to ever work at Wingstop. Not only does she not know how to properly train anyone to do their job properly she lets everyone touch raw chicken without making them wash their hands. Each member of the staff is lazy which causes major wait times for customers. I have been a customer for years and will never return to this location ever again! Do not eat here!

If first impressions are important, This place blew it! Was promised my boneless wing combo in 15-20 min. It was more 25-30. ( half of my lunch break). Chicken was ice cold. Dipping sauce made it colder! Fries hot but burnt. First and last visit. Worthy of no stars! Smh! Sad part is, I dined in. This wasn't a carryout. Food quality is trash and the service wasn't much better.

Awakened staff about 6 pm lied to me about order being bagged to keep me wasting my time standing around rather then take other deliveries. They spent the better portion of their time goofing off and talking to the sole male staff member about his relationship with some woman instead of providing service. Get the weekday staff in there to fix things please.
