My wife and I went in maybe first time in about 4 or 5 years. The place looked the same and very friendly, except a worker won't say by name but it started with a B. Wife was looking for new julie Garwood book the woman was rude sarcastic and it was like a chore to look something up. I worked retail and yes it takes a certain kind of person to deal with the public, but by no means we're we rude, just asking to look up a book.

I could spend days there. Love this store. One of the last brick and mortor places, where you can get lost, if you love reading. I recently visited to get my Grand Niece, Harry Potter ( her new obsession) birthday gifts. Wow! Such a selection! Everyone who works this is so nice and helpful. I asked a woman for help and she was leaving for the day. She took the time, off the clock to assist me. Very impressed by all the staff. So go get lost in the wonderful world of books, like me. You won't regret it

Always a great pleasure to be among books 📚 Glad to see that many parents with young children were there getting books for the kids. 👏 Got the books that I wanted. Cafeteria is an added convenience too.

We like the kids section. The books are fun for our three boys. They also have toys of all sorts even sensory toys which are really cool. They have a stage area where kids can sit and read. The staff working in the kids area rarely smile but they are helpful when you need something. The book store is kept clean and neat. There are many books to choose from. We love the Who/What/where books. They are fun for the whole family. Try them with your children and learn something new together.
