I have been to several doctors in this field and others for my red skin rash on my upper body this is the only place that seems to have the proper medication for my rash and it is getting better now. I give Balfour Dermatology a A+

I was first seen by the nurse practitioner who seemed like she had no idea how to interact with a patient. She called in Dr. Beer who barely even looked at my rash. Ignored the rest of the symptoms that I explained. The visit lasted about 10mins. His nurse walked me out, basically said “you should get the cream and balm, it’s great” and proceeded to have the receptionist ring these outrageously over priced OTC creams. She didn’t ask if I wanted to purchase them. I had to tell the receptionist that I don’t want these. This place is a scam. AVOID.

I have been going to this dermatology for 6 years and I loved it in the beginning, as it felt personal and they really listened to my concerns. Now, they just throw products at me for my acne without asking any questions about myself to determine the root cause of my skin problems. I feel like I’m the only one asking the important questions and they respond like I’m a burden. They just want their money but don’t actually care if the product will genuinely work for my skin. Over the years it’s just gone down hill and it is no wonder why very loyal customers who have been going for years are not coming back.

Over a year later and I still have under eye deformity and unsightly puffiness from fillers incorrectly put it. Very traumatizing and extremely upsetting. No help or support from staff.
