If i can give them a 0, I would. Twice I placed an order for contacts and both times I called to follow up 2 MONTHS AFTER and was told they were never placed. Even when I was told an approximate time that I would get them. They are overbooked and you’ll be in the office for 2 hours minimum when you have an appointment. Terrible place, do not recommend

They are booked to the max. Everything is booked up for months ahead and the staff is rude. It took us 8 months for them to finally see my dad. We were scheduled for a cataract surgery but my dads insurance was switched. When I finally got it switched back to his original insurance, I tried to contact the surgery coordinator multiple times but they never picked up nor called back. I’d recommend you going some where else where they actually appreciate their clients.

They changed who they could and couldn't see. Didn't allow anyone under 16 to get an appointment. We didn't know until we called. Didn't give us a referral number of sorts either, even when we asked repeatedly for one. Another time we tried to only get the glasses, but they said that the person getting the glasses had to make an appointment, even though we had the prescription right in our hands at the time. It was the same insurance.
