This review is about the customer service and front desk! I just talked to a front desk person, her name was , Jill she was unbelievably rude and unprofessional! They should not have these types of people to work there , specially front desk !

For 17 years I’ve received excellent care and service. Yesterday was no exception. My husband and I enjoyed meeting the staff- some new some we had not met and everyone was top notch! Helpful and comprehensive care with patience and education about the status of our eyes health. I’ve seen 3 of the 4 doctors over the years and I am always glad I drove to Sacramento (4 hours away) for the extra mile practice they have. Finding frames was also a treat! The staff in their store is so proficient and make it easy and fun!

Went in for a new glasses prescription, but turns out I have some issues that need to be dealt with first. The doctors and technicians really worked as a team to make sure I got well taken care of and had everything I needed. They were kind, thorough, and careful. I have had some negative experiences at eye doctors in the past (elsewhere), where I was treated in a condescending, rude way. I'm so glad to have found Schermer and had the opposite experience here.

Hello Maria, yes, we can use your existing frames to add new lenses. You do not have to purchase a new frame.
