Watered down coffee. Did not need to wait while"barista" opened up each pack of sugar and cream to put in my coffee. I couldn't done that myself much quicker. When I asked for a stirrer, he touched all over the middle of out and laid out down on the dirty counter. Very unsanitary. And need I mention.... Pandemic.

I come to this Biggby just about every morning and I love it! Always consistent great service and great coffee! They always get my order exactly right and even gave me a couple tips too on how make my coffee taste even better! Can't wait to be back!
