Absolutely infuriated... I went in with my grandma, 2 1/2 year old son and 5 month old son... sat at an open table to enjoy breakfast and the team lead came over and told me we could not sit inside..... I said, can I talk to the manager. She said she was. She then goes on to tell me we can’t even sit 5 minutes because the cameras can see us.... I am just astounded at how your company doesn’t care about customer service or people for that matter. How is me standing in line different than me sitting down... rethink your strategy. Covid policy is ruining business, not Covid. Never coming again.

I stop here once or twice a week using the mobile app to get a bagel and a coffee. Bagels are always delicious and fresh and the coffee hits the spot every time. The farmhouse bagel sandwich might be the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had.That's fantastic to hear, Michael!
