Bad experience with staff.

I cannot get in contact with anyone re: financial forms. It's been a week of trying this round, after difficulty per the same task previously last month. I try the office / extensions every day and only speak to voicemails. I have no idea what's going on or why I can't get in contact with staff after a full week, especially as they texted me asking that I call a specific extension. I'm trying not to go into the office unless I have to because of COVID, but it looks like I have to make the trip. It's ridiculous, unsafe, and unprofessional. I'm editing to note that after changing practices, I've found my experience to be much improved overall. I cannot advise anyone use this practice, esp. if you are pregnant or in need of any specialized care.

I had the worst experience with her and her staff. I would not recommend her practice to anyone. Once you become a patient here you will be dealing with rude staff members and long wait times. Dr Parchment was so rude and cold to me. I will never come back or recommend this place to anyone. My experience here was disgraceful and disgusting how I was treated. She can care less about follow up with patients to see if they are doing better. I will never come here again nor would I recommend my family or people I know to come here. I do not trust her at all. She does not properly explains things to you.
